Welcome to Online Fee Lookup for Texas Medicaid and the Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program.


Online Fee Lookup provides fee information for Medicaid, Primary Care Case Management (PCCM), Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program and Texas Health Steps (THSteps) programs. Users can also search interactively for fee information on specified procedure codes. The retrieved fee information is accurate for the current date or for a specified prior date of service. Enrolled providers who log into their accounts can search for the specific fees that apply to them. All other users can search for fees by provider type and specialty.


To use a general fee schedule (as either a Microsoft Excel or portable document format (PDF) file), providers can click Static Fee Schedules.


Beginning September 1, 2011, the Online Fee Lookup (OFL) and static fee schedules will include a new column titled "Adjusted Fee." The Adjusted Fee column will display the fee with all mandated percentage reductions applied. Additional information about rate changes is available on the TMHP website at www.tmhp.com/pages/topics/rates.aspx .

Note: Certain rate reductions including, but not limited to, reductions by place of service, client type program, or provider specialty may not be reflected in the Adjusted Fee column.
